Performance Notes:- All guitars parts are acoustic, and this is a
really impressive but easy song to play. Slash plays a slide dobro
for all the lead parts while Duff and Izzy play the rhythm parts
which is just simple chords being strummed up and down. For Slash's
part, use a bottleneck slide to get the acquired sound (the sound
of a bottleneck on an acoustic guitar instantly teleports you to
Mississippi and puts moonshine whisky in your glass). Remember to
place the slide directly over the fret to make the note ring true.
All the guitar parts are simple but take care when using the barre
chords. Make sure all the strings ring out clearly and that you
don't have a muted string (this takes practice if you are not used
to barre chords). You can improvise and add different ideas of your
own to this song and use it as a 'live' piece.
